Wir waren eine Frauengruppe mit 8 Personen und es hat uns rundherum super gefallen. Die Küche war etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Ansonsten alles super. Sehr freundliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung. War bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Vielen Dank für alles

Apartment size and location were excellent.  Needs just a bit renovation.  Jozef was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know.  Unbelievable view from the balcony looking down to the Vltava.  Even though the apartment is directly on a busy intersection and right next to the river, it is very quiet at night.  No problems sleeping.   Apartment is within walking distance to restaurants, stores, many of the attractions, and the Old Town.  You can keep the car parked the whole time.  We definitely recommend staying here. 

Perfect appartment, close to metro (7min walk), tram nearby, walk to Karlsbrücke 20 min., good restaurants around, grocery shopping 7 days a week, Jan is a very nice host, equipment in the kitchen a bit poor, but ok. We do highly recommend!

we were 10 people (three families) We enjoyed the very large living room and the three bathrooms The apartment is at a walking distance from Charles bridge or national theatre (10 minutes)

Comfortable beds, pillows too thick. Balcony view superb, outdoor chairs would be lovely to have had.

It is just an amazing apartment. Will definatily be back to stay in it again.

This apartment was fantastic in every way. They organized the pick up from the train station and return- GREAT SERVICE. The apartment is so spacious and well set out.The location looking over the old city, sitting on the balcony was indeed special. It was so easy to walk to sites or catch public transport.The welcome,run down on the apartment and information supplied on restaurants and grocery shops was very helpful. We were truly made to feel welcome in Prague. Everything you need is in the apartment.IF YOU NEED A1 IN PRAGUE, THIS IS IT!!!!

S ubytováním jsme byli spokojeni, bylo pěkné. Škoda, že nebylo k dispozici i kafe, když byl čaj :-). V koupelně nebyl šampon, pouze mýdlo.

It would be perfect if there is air conditioning. We had problems with a private transfer, and they were very kind and help us. Thanks for all.

He did make us feel welcome !

Jan was waiting for us even though our flight was late. He did make us feel welcome. We were there with our 4 kids, ages 19-25. The bedrooms and 3 baths and gathering area was perfect for our group.

La comunicazione è stata ottima, come così è stato anche il servizio e l'accoglienza di quando siamo arrivati. La casa bellissima, grande e illuminata situata sulla riva del fiume in un bellissimo quartiere. Jan e i suoi collaboratori sono stati davvero accoglienti, simpatici e gentili. Io e i miei amici siamo stati veramente soddisfatti e contenti di questo nostro soggiorno a Praga. Spero di ritornare in futuro. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di soggiornare in questo fantastico appartamento. A presto!

This is an excellent apartment with all amenities as the one in the photographs. Location is absolutely convenient, metro station, Tesco and all banks are near by. Also, all city sites are in walking distance. The view was fantastic, more than expected. Our contact was Michaela who was very helpful, one of us had some health issues and had to go to the ER and Michaela did all in her power to give us much needed information.

A very good stay, although we ended up stopping in apartment 14 due to a fault in number 13.

Beautiful view on the river Vltava !

Nice apartment in the heart of the beautiful city of Prague. Beautiful view on the river Vltava and the Old/New Town banks. A very warm welcome from Jan. Beds, bathrooms etc. were perfectly equipped. Next time in Prague, we know where we want to stay!

The apartment was amazing!

Walking distance to the city centre/Charles bridge, two balconies with great view, generous with space in the bathrooms and bedrooms, nice kitchen, nice hanging out-area in the living room, it simply had everything! Jan helped us with the airport transfer and was very quick in his replies before the visit!

Perfect cooperation with contact person! Very good location for price. Beautiful apartment with best riverview and view at old town. Perfect accessibility to center of town, shopping mall, restaurants - everything just 10 mins walk. I will again recommend and if I have friends coming, I definitelly want them to stay in this apartment.

Best location in Prague !

Jan met us in the unit and showed us around. There is a large map on the wall which was very helpful in getting our bearings in the city. Jan marked off where we were and where all the major attractions were. We were walking distance from everything you would want to see. River view was spectacular. Neighborhood was safe to walk at night. Supermarket was a block away. Unit was spotless and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Only problem was that we happened to be in Prague during a heat wave. The unit doesn't have AC so we were quite uncomfortable with the heat and humidity. We had 2 fans but hardly enough for the 9 people staying in the unit. Jan arranged limo pick up to and from the airport. The drivers were on time and professional. Our flight to Prague was delayed by an hour but the drivers stayed until we arrived and were not upset.

Everything was perfect!

Well equipped and clean, with proper beds, sheets and towels, which is not always the case in Prague rentals. We had three groups of total 11 people (lots of kids), the apartment was able to accommodate us all with privacy and bathrooms for everyone. Jan and his crew are great hosts. The location and views fantastic. Thank you!

Our stay in Prague was magical !

Part of that was the incredible nature of Prague life and culture, but a big part of it was Jan's apartment. The apartment was right on the river with fantastic views, spacious and light filled, very comfortable and well stocked and perfectly located. Jan was very available, super friendly and he gave us great advice on where to go, what to do and where to eat. If we're lucky enough to return to Prague, it will definitely be to Jan's Riverview 14 !

What a wonderful holiday!

Me and my family/friends have just spent an absolutely fabulous weekend in Prague, staying at this apartment. It is very clean, spacious, light and airy and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The apartment has a lovely riverside view and is located within walking distance of the town. The owner arranged our airport transfers both ways, which saved us the hassle. I would certainly recommend this apartment to my family and friends.
